MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION!
This 94 foot custom motor yacht may appear to be constructed with some lightweight plastic material, as you see her plane across the water gracefully at high 20 kt speeds sporting a rooster tail from her 3 jet drives. But don't let that fool you! This H.C. Weist designed luxury machine is built like a tank with all aluminum hull and deck.
This is the 25th motor yacht built by Mr. Weist and was his personal flagship since it was completed in 1995.
13 years later, she still has low hours on her (less than 350 hours), but she could certainly use a new exterior paint job from head to toe.
However, underneath this vessel is in sound shape.
Even has a full size Helli Port on deck.
All cabin glass is Grey Lite 14 tempered, double pane insulated. (You can see out but you can't see in)
This Yacht has always been fresh water maintained except when enroute from KY to her current location in FL.
Too many construction details to mention in this small box. If interested, please contact Scott McNally at Boatshed Florida for additional details. |

Again, way too much to fit here in this small little box, but let me just mention a bit about the spacious and luxurious interior.
To start, there is a very large aft lounge area with bar, chairs, table, and sliding windows - perfect for entertaining while watching the sunset.
Inside, there is a large formal lounge with entertainment center equipped with a 35" TV, VCR, and Hi-Fi stereo system. There is a formal dining area and interior bar. Lounge head on main deck.
The forward lower deck includes a spacious head w/large shower (Jack and Jill style) connecting the port and starboard forward staterooms. These staterooms each contain upper and lower twin size bunks. In this section of the vessel, there is also a very large VIP stateroom with a queen sized bed, a VIP head w/shower, and a large mirrored cedar lined closet. Full size washer and dryer.
The aft lower deck contains an incredible full sized master stateroom, also with a queen bed. His and hers first class head areas with corion counters and a privacy shower for separation. Entertainment center. Multiple solid white oak cabinets and cedar lined closets. On this deck, there are two additional guest staterooms, each equipped with full size beds with their own privacy head and shower.
There is also a private office with phone hookup.
The galley is full service including dish washer, full size range with oven, compactor, disposal, microwave, and a circular dining booth. Very large pantry and more storage than you could ever imagine.
The carpet, upholstery, and headlining are all in excellent shape throughout. You can see from the photos that the entire interior of this yacht has been extremely well maintained and would require very little updating. Perhaps the kitchen appliances could be updated, but the existing units are attractive and work perfectly.
Air conditioning and heating throughout.
Six staterooms in total and seven heads. |

MAJOR PRICE REDUCTION!
This is a vessel you could literally get lost on. A game of hide and seek with the kids could take you hours!
This 94' Customer Motor Yacht is the personal flagship for the builder, H.C. Weist. She was surveyed in late 2002 by James R. Hildock and valued at that time at $5.3M with an estimated replacement cost of $19M.
Just over 5 years later, she only has approximately 350 total hours of fresh water operation under her belt.
With new exterior paint and minimal updating, I would suspect this mega yacht would be valued well over $3M in today's market. If you look at the bang for your buck, this is an absolute steal. She is a one of a kind.
Owner will consider offers.
